| - Outfit:
The weekends were the best for two big reasons in Casey's mind. First off, being on the weekend meant she could wear what she wanted, which meant creating different fun combinations of things to wear. Today, she had chosen to wear something warmer, but wasn't so thick that it would restrict her movement. She'd contemplated wearing one of her favorite jackets but had decide on a beautiful thin green hoodie with stripes, some wrist warmers, and a t-shirt on over the top instead of under it. The bottoms were quite a bit simpler, a solid pair of black jeans with long socks underneath that of course matched the green of the hoodie. Shoes were her old reliable converse, completely covered with different drawings. Her second reason for adoring weekends was that so long as she got her assignments done on Friday, which she had, it was two full days with no schedule aside from the meal times, really. Casey had decided that right now was the time to go down to the lake, so with sketchbook in one hand and a bag chalked full of pencils of the colored and normal variety, crayons, and erasers she began her walk outside. Immediately Casey noticed a cool breeze, it wasn't that it was terribly strong but when it was winter in Scotland it didn't take much of one to feel the cold air biting. One advantage she had was that she was rather used to winters in Scotland having been in a different part most of her life, so she simply flipped up her hood and carried on walking. Before she knew it she was nearing the black lake, squinting her eyes as she tried to pick the perfect spot. After about a minute her eyes lit up when she spotted a nice dip in the ground around one of the curves of the lake, probably enough to keep most of the wind from blowing her papers as she stried to draw. "Perfect." she said, grinning before setting off at a sprint, her hood blowing off in the process. Within three minutes Casey was already laying on her front, one arm propping her up and her face screwed up slightly to the left as she focused and began to sketch. Today she started with drawing what she would imagine a merpeople village to look like, but instead of adding mermaids she placed in it the different magical water creatures she'd read or head Humphrey talk about. For the fun of it, she added a large, long animal that could even be a loch ness monster, though this one looked quite friendly. The leader turned out to be this beautiful water fairy with a crown of seashells and a few pearls, though she didn't even realize it would be until she'd placed her last floating in this space in the center she'd instinctively left. "What's your name?" she asked, both to herself and to the fairy. | |

| Jaxon has grown bored of being in the castle. It was Friday and he felt the itch to explore. He got out of bed and got dressed, devising on a black long sleeved T-shirt and a pair of jeans and a pair of black steel toed boots. He walked down to the lake and searched for a moment before finding a tee to climb. When he reached the height he wanted he began to examine the area around him before his eyes landed on a girl. She had to be a 3rd year at most. Blonde. He recognized her as one of his house mates sister. Humphrey. When he heard her speak he noticed no one else was around. He jumped down from his spot making a loud thud sound when he landed on his feet perfectly “who are you talking to, little lion?” | |

| Jolted out of here peaceful state of mind, she looked up at the boy who clearly liked the color black. Casey much preferred brighter colors as was obvious, but from what she understood black was a combination of all of them so she couldn't really hold it against him. He was older than her, maybe Humphrey's age or older, it was hard to tell really. Judging age from height roughly only worked until people started leveling off, than you had to guess by faces and eyes. Moving the hand that she had instinctively covered part of the page with, she turned the drawing his direction. "The water fairy in the middle with the crown, she needs a name. You wouldn't happen to have any ideas, would you?" she asked, eyes lighting up at the possibility he might. Since it was getting awkward to lay with her head turned up like that, she moved to sitting with her legs crossed which was much more comfortable for this. | |

| Jaxon looked at the drawing and smiled. He had a weakness for little girls. Not in the perverted way, he had a little sister himself. He eyed the drawing some more and smiled "You should call her Emily." He said then thought some more "Or Sophia." | |

| The name Sophia made her smile some, and she nodded. "Sophia's an excellent name. Thanks, mister." she said, since she didn't know his actual name. Figuring it was probably a good idea to fix that, she held out her hand. "I'm Casey, what's your name?" she asked. Naming people well didn't necessarily make the other person somebody who would be a good friend, but it definitely had them gain points to their favor in her mind. | |

| "Glad I could help." He said smiling down at her "Im Jaxon. I believe my brother is in your house and yours is in mine. Do you know Lincoln Vice by chance? Hes older than you." He said as she shoved his hands in his pockets. She looked up as the sun hit his skin and he smirked a bit at its warmth | |

| "That's odd, Humphrey never mentioned you. As for Lincoln, we've never really hung out or anything but yeah I think I know who you're talking about." Casey told him. The way he was smirking seemed kind of strange to her, but so far the boy seemed friendly. Whenever the sun hit her she couldn't help stretching out in it like a cat, despite being more of a dog person herself. | |
