Family: Arcturus comes from an old pureblood family, one which values ones blood very much. His mother, Ariel Hale, and his father, Arcturus Hale the first, have inherited a lot of money from both their families side and had grown up well, in a newly made house. Arcturus has a younger sister at the age of nine, Amy Hale. As noticed, the letter a is very liked.
History: Arcturus grew up well pampered. He often went out with his parents to some dinner with other pure bloods. He honestly liked it that way. He got his own broom when he was five and learnt to ride it. He is very good at that. When he learned of his sister he threw a tantrum because "You can't go giving me siblings without asking me," but now he would do anything for her. He hated to go outside because outside there was mud and bugs and all such things. He would only leave to play with his broom. Never once has he touched something muggle.
Appearance: Arcturus is blonde and has blue eyes, though they can seem gray at times. He is pretty tall for his age and is fit. He would fit well for a girls dream guy if it wasn't the stone look he had which made him look as though he is better from all.
Personality: Arcturus isn't the crown guy when it came to how he acts. Rude with everyone, he radiated well that he has a big ego. One thing one can't deny is that he is very smart though. Even for a pureblood he was smart. And that didn't help put his ego down. Though he doesn't bully, seeing other people unhappy made him chuckle slightly. He just found such stuff funny.
