We need to talk (Kenzie)

Macey was in the entrance courtyard because she needed to meet her friend here. So they could discuss somethings. She knew that there were some things she has never said anything about anyone really. So she was standing there and waiting for her to show up. She just had to talk with Kenzie. They needed to really resolve some things. Even if she had no idea how to talk about this issue with her, she has never done it before. This can't wait anymore.

Kenzie had just got a note to meet Macey at the entrance of the courtyard. She really didn’t know what was up, but she was going anyways. There was a plan to study, but it could wait. As she knew that this was important. And she was a really good friend with Macey, so it only made sense to go meet her. So she walked casually to where they were meeting and seen that her friend was already there. “ Hey what up?” She smiled as she loves being around her, but she knew that next year they would have to use letters and Hogsmeade trips to keep in touch.

Macey had no idea how she should really talk about Kenzie what she wanted to talk now. Well, it was about some things they have probably avoided now. "Hey," she said with a small smile when she noticed Kenzie was there. "Well, there is something we should talk about. Something that we have probably avoided for awhile," she said there now. She was a bit of nervous for sure. She did like Kenzie actually more than friends but she isn't sure how to tell it. She has never been good at expressing her true feelings.

Here she was meeting her friend as she promised that she would study later. Thing about being a 7th year as NEWTS were very important. And she knew that failing wasn’t an option. There were somethings that they avoid talking about. And it had to do with the kiss. So it seemed like now they were going to address the big elephant in the room. But she then smiled as she looked at Macey. “ Ok I am here so let’s talk.”

Macey knew Kenzie was studying lately for her NEWT's but still this was something she couldn't even push it further anymore. She took a deep breath and looked at Kenzie. "Well, it's not easy to say for sure," she said there and sighed. She had never done it. "Well, that kiss meant for me so much more than nothing. I just can't even stop thinking about it," she said there now out. She hoped Kenzie felt something similar. She knew it was even her first attempt to explain her own real feelings to someone about love or so.

Kenzie knew that she was taking time out for Macey. As it seemed like their was something that was important. As she knew how important studying was for the NEWTS. She just stood there as she was listening. And she was talking about the kiss. Something she would think about time to time. But it seemed like Macey just couldn’t stop thinking about it. Macey was confessing her feelings for her. Sure she had the same feelings. But she knew that she could better show them than actually say it. That is when she had a big grin and lean in and kissed Macey. After it was over and then had a grin on her face. “ I guess you could say I feel the same.”

Macey was waiting there after she had basically confessed her feelings to see what Kenzie has to say there now. But happened after that she didn't really expect. Kenzie did kiss her. This was something she didn't even see coming. "Wow," was her reaction there at the start. "That's good that you feel the same way. I have never really felt something like this to anyone else before," she said there with a smile now. She really did like Kenzie, probably even loved her already but she hasn't exactly admitted it yet.

Kenzie loved that Macey confessd that she had feelings for her. Then to show Macey that she had the same feeling for her, she kissed her. And by the look on Macey’s face, it was something that she wasn’t expecting. But it was to show that Kenzie felt the same way about Macey. “ At least we are both are on the same page with their feelings. She then took Macey hand. “ I will always have feelings for you.” As Kenzie was about ready to leave Hogwarts in six months.

Macey smiled at Kenzie there. She really was glad that Kenzie did feel the same way as she did. She listened what Kenzie said there next and smiled again. She didn't really mind holding hands with her. "My feelings will be there always too. Since I'm sure I would never feel the same way about anyone else, well such strong feelings," she said there now. Expressing love or likeness was something new for her. She knew she will get used to it eventually.

Right now Kenzie was happy as her feeling was the same as Macy. She would be down with school this year. Meaning she would have to be thrown into the world. And have to think about what she wanted to do. She was holding Macey hand. “ At least we feel the same.” And she knew that they would never change. Once she was done with Hogwarts, she would start looking for a house for them. Now they both confessed, Kenzie didn’t want to leave Macey. As she knew that she would when she would have to leave to go study.

Macey smiled and wondered what should happen now next. She wasn't really any good at this dating or so thing. "Yeah. It's a good thing. But what we do now?" she asked there with a small smile. She didn't really know much about it what to do next. She didn't really mind holding hands with Kenzie. She wanted even more than just holding hands but she wasn't sure how to even say that. She knew also that she should let Kenzie go back to her homework.
