Family: Skylar was born to Amelia and Bartholomew Ragland, one of the richest purebloods in Austria. She was an only child and the pride and joy of her father, second only to her own mother. She was spoiled by her grandmother Cecelia and envied by her cousins and friends.
History: Skylar lived the same kind of life any single child of pureblood parents did. Spoiled. She was given everything she wanted the minute it entered her mind, sometimes even before it did. As she grew she made sure to keep her friends within the pureblood circle. When she turned 11 she recieved her Hogwarts letter and began to attend school. Over the years she excelled at potions and herbology, they being her best subjects. When she graduated she traveled abroad for a bit visiting the states as tried to figure out what she wanted to do with her life. When she returned to London she decided to try and get a job at the ministry
